Leasing Space
Indian Center Inc. welcomes companies of all sizes. We offer various office spaces for lease that include front desk reception, janitorial/trash pickup, shared board room space, shared kitchen space, wired and wireless internet access, and more.
Office rates range from $12 to $18 per square foot for a one year lease. We are open to shorter leases for a 10% surcharge. General liability insurance and a month security deposit is required.
Note: Indian Center Inc. occasionally hosts funerals and memorials and can last up to four days. At this time, the center closes and/or reduces its services to the public as much as possible out of respect for the family. We request that the tenants minimize their services out of respect for the family.
